Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns Within 14 Days

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs where legally permitted.

The product should be returned in its original packaging and in unused condition, subject to applicable legal rights.

2. Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, please send us clear photos of the damage.

You may keep the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification and applicable consumer rights.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
