Okay it’s a good product and it doesn’t snap or anything but it’s a little lighter then i thought it would be still not bad tho recommend if ur just starting to workout yo

Requires more reps than barbells to feel a burn, but still does the job. for the price, totally worth it.

Is as described. work's well in a variety of ways i got the 15 lb resistance and i think i need to go up but it's really good.

It's not no bowflex but it definitely helps with multiple repetition burn, especially trying to get back in shape and recovering from a hernia

I absolutely love these i wish they came with those clips so you can put them on the door and they feel a bit cheap but they haven’t broken yet and i’ve stretched them to the max but other than that really good i feel a lot more growth after using these i use them for everything now i wish i got a higher weight tho because 15lbs is light but will purchase higher weights in the future!
